Expérience très mauvaise
Le produit commandé ne m’a toujours pas été livré après presque 15 jours. La réponse du service client : il y a un problème avec notre transporteur, patientez alors que j’ai demandé à ce que la commande soit annulée et que je sois remboursée…à cause de ce très long retard .en L’absence de toute visibilité sur une date de livraison et partant en vacances samedi je réitère ma demande de remboursement !
