How to track your orders?
In your account area, click on the "Your orders" section. You can then access the list of your orders and their status. The Colissimo tracking link will be sent by email as soon as the order is shipped.
Why am I being told that my order is unavailable?
Dear customers, there is a latency time between the stock update and the website update.
As a result, some items may appear as available on the site for a few seconds, when in fact they are out of stock.
We apologize in advance for this inconvenience, our team is currently working on the issue.
When an order or item is unavailable, the refund is made the same day.
Can I cancel/modify my order?
We prepare your order as soon as it is validated, we cannot make any changes or cancel it due to a large number of orders to process.
You will therefore need to return your order for reimbursement.
DELIVERY
What are the delivery methods?
The Customer can choose from the following delivery methods:
- Colissimo Standard (France)
- Relay point (France)
- Colissimo international (other countries)
Since September 2020, delivery against signature of packages by Colissimo will be done with a confidential code that you will receive by email. Before delivery, you will receive a notification by email containing a 6-digit code (in digital and barcode). At the time of delivery, you can either flash the barcode or send the code directly to the delivery person. The delivery flash with the code will be valid as proof of delivery.

What are the delivery times?
Delivery times are between 2 and 3 working days from the dispatch of the package. The preparation times for the package before dispatch are 1 to 2 days.
These deadlines may be subject to unforeseen circumstances (bad weather, technical problems with the Post Office, etc.) which are beyond the control of the MKT brand. MKT cannot be held responsible in the event of any delay.

Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.
Which countries can I have my order delivered to?
MKT delivers to all countries.
- France: Shipping costs are free in mainland France from €120.
For metropolitan France, the shipping fees are as follows:
- For orders over €120: free delivery via Colissimo Point Retrait. Home delivery with signature is available for €5.90.
- For orders under €120: Colissimo Point Retrait costs €3.50, and home delivery with signature is €5.90.
- Spain: delivery price €4.90. We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
- Europe: the delivery price is €10
- International: the delivery price is €20

What should I do if I am not there on the day the delivery is scheduled?
If you are absent, the postman will leave the package or a delivery notice in your mailbox so that you can collect it from your post office.
In case of excessive delay, you can contact our customer service who will give you the colissimo number associated with your order. You can then track the progress of your package on the website www.colissimo.fr.
What should I do if my order is lost by the courier/if I am not delivered?
In case of delivery problem due to:
- the loss of your package
- non-delivery of your order despite a tracking number indicating that the order has been delivered
The approach to follow will be different:
1° If your package is delivered against signature: please contact our customer service via the contact form below so that a complaint can be filed.
2° If your package is delivered without a signature: it is essential to contact COLISSIMO in order to file a complaint with their service. Indeed, the MKT customer service will not be able to intervene to file a complaint on your behalf.
Once COLISSIMO has completed the investigation carried out following your complaint, an email will be sent to you to inform you either:
- that your order will be compensated because it has been recognized that a problem occurred during delivery.
- that the investigation proves that your order was delivered to the address indicated.
>> In both cases, you will need to forward this email to our customer service, so that we can intervene for the refund of your order or not. Please contact us only when you are in possession of this survey response email.

RETURN
I want to make a return for a refund. What should I do?
Products can be returned within 14 calendar days. Items must be unworn and in perfect condition (with the original tag still attached).
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return costs are €3 for Metropolitan France and €4.90 for Spain and Belgium.
For returns outside France, Belgium, and Spain, you must return your order at your own expense to the address provided above. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure the proper receipt of your return.

Your order must have the status "delivered" to request a return.
It is essential to include your invoice in the package for your return to be processed.
Return Procedure
Would you like to make a return? Nothing could be easier!
- Submit your return request Go to our return portal . You can also access it from your customer account by selecting the "Request a Return" option. A €4,90 fee will be deducted from the refunded amount for return costs.
- Fill in the required information Enter your order number and postal code.
- Select the item to return Choose the item concerned and the reason for the return.
- Receive your return label Once your request is validated, you will receive your return label by email.
- Ship your package Print the return label and drop your package off at the nearest relay point.
Any product that is damaged, incomplete, or whose original packaging is damaged, will not be refunded or exchanged.
I would like to make a return for an exchange.
As we do not proceed with direct exchange, we invite you to return your order to us in order to receive your refund and reorder the product with the desired size, color, etc.
How do I get a refund after a return?
If you have made a return order, you will be refunded to the same payment method you used for purchase.
For example, if you paid by credit card, you would be reimbursed directly to your bank account.
If you paid by Paypal, you would be refunded directly to your Paypal account.
For returns of orders that were paid for with an e-gift card, you will be compensated in the form of a credit that can be used on the website.
How long will it take to get a refund for my return?
When you make an order return, the waiting time for your refund to be processed is one week.
Once the refund is made, depending on your bank, the transaction may take a few days to arrive in your account.
It will therefore take a maximum of 15 days for your refund to appear in your bank account.
Are shipping costs refunded if I make a return?
Shipping costs are not refunded. They are only refunded if the return is motivated by:
- Receipt of a non-compliant product, which does not correspond to the initial order.
- Receipt of a defective product
