Return Conditions

Products can be returned within 14 calendar days. Items must be unworn and in perfect condition (with the original tag still attached).

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return costs are €3 for Metropolitan France and €4.90 for Spain and Belgium. For returns outside France, Belgium, and Spain, you must return your order at your own expense to the address provided above. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure the proper receipt of your return.

Your order must have the status "delivered" to request a return.

It is essential to include your invoice in the package for your return to be processed.

Return Procedure

Would you like to make a return? Nothing could be easier!

- Submit your return request Go to our return portal . You can also access it from your customer account by selecting the "Request a Return" option. A €3 fee will be deducted from the refunded amount for return costs.

- Fill in the required information Enter your order number and postal code.

- Select the item to return Choose the item concerned and the reason for the return.

- Receive your return label Once your request is validated, you will receive your return label by email.

- Ship your package Print the return label and drop your package off at the nearest relay point.

Refund

Upon receipt of your package, we will process your refund within 15 days. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your product has a manufacturing defect, please follow our return procedure by selecting the reason "defective product". We also invite you to contact us via our form to send a photo of the damaged product, so we can resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

Exchange

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return your order for a refund, and then place a new order for the desired product.
