Delivery Methods

The Customer can choose from the following delivery methods:

  • Colissimo Standard (France)
  • Relay Point (France)
  • Colissimo International (Other Countries)

Since September 2020, Colissimo parcels requiring a signature will be delivered using a confidential code sent to you by email. Before delivery, you will receive a notification email containing a 6-digit code (both as a numeric code and a barcode). At the time of delivery, you can either scan the barcode or provide the code directly to the delivery person. Scanning the delivery code will serve as proof of delivery.

Note: For Switzerland and the United Kingdom, customs fees may apply and will be at the customer’s expense.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times range from 2 to 3 business days from the date of shipment. The parcel preparation time before shipment is 1 to 2 days.

These timeframes may be subject to unforeseen delays (weather conditions, technical issues with the postal service, etc.) that are beyond MKT’s control. MKT cannot be held responsible for any potential delays.

Delivery Costs

Shipping is free in mainland France for orders over €120.

For metropolitan France, the shipping fees are as follows:

  • For orders over €120: free delivery via Colissimo Point Retrait. Home delivery with signature is available for €5.90.
  • For orders under €120: Colissimo Point Retrait costs €3.50, and home delivery with signature is €5.90.
  • Spain: Delivery fee is €4.90
  • Europe: Delivery fee is €9,95
  • International: Delivery fee is €20

Which Countries Do You Deliver To?

MKT delivers worldwide.

  • France: Free shipping for orders over €120.
  • Spain: Delivery fee €4.90, Balearic Islands €10.
    We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla.
  • Europe: Delivery fee €9,95
  • International: Delivery fee €20

What If I Am Absent on the Delivery Day?

If you are absent, the postal carrier will either leave the parcel in your mailbox or a delivery notice, allowing you to pick it up at your local post office.

In case of excessive delay, you can contact our customer service, who will provide you with your Colissimo tracking number. You can then track your parcel’s progress on www.colissimo.fr.

What Should I Do If My Order Is Lost or Not Delivered?

If there is a delivery issue due to:

  • Loss of your parcel
  • Non-delivery despite a tracking status indicating delivery

The process will differ depending on the situation:

  • If your parcel requires a signature: Please contact our customer service via the form below so that we can file a claim.
  • If your parcel does not require a signature: You must contact Colissimo directly to file a claim. MKT’s customer service cannot file a claim on your behalf.

Once Colissimo completes its investigation, you will receive an email notification with one of the following outcomes:

  1. Your order will be reimbursed because a delivery issue has been confirmed.
  2. The investigation confirms that your order was delivered to the correct address.

In either case, you must forward this email to our customer service so that we can proceed with a refund, if applicable. Please only contact us once you have received Colissimo’s official response.
