What are the delivery methods ?

Customer can choose among the following delivery methods :

- Colissimo Standard (France)

- Point relais (France)

- Colissimo international (other countries)

Since September 2020, the delivery against signature of the parcels by Colissimo will be done with a confidential code that you will receive by email. Before delivery, you will receive an email notification containing a 6-digit code (numeric and barcode). At the time of delivery, you can either flash the barcode or transmit the code directly to the delivery person. The flashing of delivery with the code will be considered as proof of delivery.

What to do if my order is lost by the carrier / if I am not delivered ?

In case of a delivery problem due to :

- the loss of your package

- the non-delivery of your order despite a tracking number that indicates that the order is delivered

The steps to follow will be different :

If the delivery of your package is against signature : thank you to contact our customer service via the contact form below so that a claim is filed.

2° If the delivery of your package is done without signature : it is essential to contact COLISSIMO in order to file a claim with their service. Indeed, the MKT customer service will not be able to intervene to file a claim for you.

Once COLISSIMO has completed the investigation of your claim, an email will be sent to you to inform you either :

- that your order will be compensated because it has been recognized that a problem occurred during delivery.

- that the investigation proves that your order was indeed delivered to the address indicated.

>> In both cases, you will have to forward this e-mail to our customer service, so that we can intervene for the refund of your order or not. Thank you for contacting us only when you are in possession of this email response to the investigation.

What to do if my order is lost by the carrier / if I am not delivered ?

In case of a delivery problem due to :

- the loss of your package

- the non-delivery of your order despite a tracking number that indicates that the order is delivered

The steps to follow will be different :

If the delivery of your package is against signature : thank you to contact our customer service via the contact form below so that a claim is filed.

2° If the delivery of your package is done without signature : it is essential to contact COLISSIMO in order to file a claim with their service. Indeed, the MKT customer service will not be able to intervene to file a claim for you.

Once COLISSIMO has completed the investigation of your claim, an email will be sent to you to inform you either :

- that your order will be compensated because it has been recognized that a problem occurred during delivery.

- that the investigation proves that your order was indeed delivered to the address indicated.

>> In both cases, you will have to forward this e-mail to our customer service, so that we can intervene for the refund of your order or not. Thank you for contacting us only when you are in possession of this email response to the investigation.

I want to return my order for a refund. What should I do ?

Return conditions

Products can be returned within 14 working days. The items must be unworn and in perfect condition (label and original packaging still present).

Returns are at the customer's expense.

Your order must be in "delivered" status in order to request a return.

It is imperative to include your invoice in the package so that your return can be processed.

Return procedure

1° Go to the "My Orders" section of your customer account

2° Select "Make a return" in front of the order concerned

3° Follow the return instructions indicated on the page at this step

4° Go to the "My returns" tab in your customer area to find out the address to which to return your package.

5° Attach the invoice with your order reference to your package.

Keep the tracking number of your return.

If your product has a manufacturing defect, we invite you to carry out our return procedure by selecting the reason for return "defective product". We also invite you to contact us via our form to send us a picture of the damaged product, so that we can solve this small problem very quickly.

Refunds

Refunds will be made within 10-15 days of receipt of your package in our office.
